The all new Conrad Hotel and Residences on Fort Lauderdale Beach has realeased its first units For Sale.  The building never opened and has sat empty since its 2009 debut as Trump International.  The new owner has an intensive aggenda for the building including a wide array of upgrades and enhancements.
